We went to lunch at the Burger King on Crill Avenue and I love Burger King don't get me wrong and I eat there two or three times a week however the manager at that Burger King this morning was very rude was being mean to her employees the people working underneath our and it was so obvious it was awful I went up as I was leaving the store and told the girl running the register to tell her manager that I've never seen anyone that miserable at a job and she should find a new job because it affects the customers but other than that I love Burger King thank you all wonderful

Food was okay but their play area has a TV in it and the staff won't let anyone turn it off. Defeats the whole purpose of having a play area when the TV is all the children want to do. Probably won't be coming back.

Once again you hot the order wrong, next time I have to go in and check what you have done. This makes 3 in a row it real happy with Burger King. Also please bring back the sour dough king. Just saying....

It's understandable that a busy establishment such as this one would be busy around lunch time. With that being said, I patiently waited over 25 minutes for a $6 order. I witnessed the cashier pick up my ticket from the floor and say, "yeah that's it". After that my order was completed within 45 seconds.

I got an ice cold burger and took it back in the building...it took the manager 10 minutes to replace my order I was starving by that time. I walked to my car again and get in and begin to eat the burger. There is no bacon on the burger. So I proceeded inside the building with a half eaten burger. The manager then remakes it and tells me she shouldn't give me it because I already ate the other one...but bacon cost more than the burger 😂. So I guess it my fault I asked her for a manger she said I am and turned around instead of asking if I want frys or a drink...I will nvr go there again unless there is new management. It's a brand new facility with ice cold burgers every time I went there always expecting something different.

Filty slow and poor service. This establishment is new and already in a terrible condition. The staff is slow and more interested in goofing off than assisting customers. The place was not clean and already starts to smell bad. The poor management and bad service has been repeated for months. The local competition is a better and safer choice. Best not to risk this health hazard.

This is the BK on Crill.....the service was excellent and my food was "picture" perfect...it even looked like their promo shots....by the time I got it home, it had cooled significantly...but it was STILL excellent!!

MY family and I are new to Florida and my Father wanted to treat us to a delightful visit to The BK. Well it was not an enjoyable time. There were six of us all together. The reason my Father choose this establishment was for the very young ones to play in the play ground. We placed our order at 7:31 promptly. It had to be obvious that we were there to let them play because they were anxious in line. First they totally messed up the order. They rang us up for extra food we did not order, then when we brought it to the table,the order was not complete. Also there ketchup dispenser area was nasty and empty. To conclude; They locked the playground doors at 7:45 not giving my children a chance to play when it is clearly posted the store is open till midnight, it was not even dark yet. Being from another state, this was the first dinner with MY Family including MY FATHER. Thanks for the horrible experience.

Food is always bad I use to love Bk idk what changed. Havent been in months of course i decided to swing by and again food sucks the girls in drive hate their jobs you can tell. Hope it gets together.

I am not a big fan of Burger King but, during a long road trip to Gainesville, this was the only place we're could find to eat. The food was ok. The eating area could have been cleaned more. The cashier was nice and gave us time to peruse the menu but didn't really help answer questions we had. I won't go back here but, that's not the locations fault. I'm just not a fan of Burger King as a whole and my kids didn't like it either.

Went to Burger King on Crill yesterday morning and I was helped by Ashley. Another Burger King messed up my son's order but was too far to turn around when I noticed, so I stopped here & Ashley fixed my order with no hesitation. She was very nice!

Burger King on crill Ave in Palatka is a very nice restaurant. It's clean and the employees are always courteous. This is the best one I've ever in.

Handled today's massive lunch extremly well. The drive through moved so efficiently! The food was hot and deliscious. One of the best BK lounges I've had the pleasure of dining with.

Food is cold. Cheese isn't melted and the burgers taste like rubber. This is not a one time occurrence. Brand new facility, and food is cold. Will go elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got my food. It was exactly as I ordered it! I special order my Whopper without catsup, adding mustard and wanting it cut in half. Rarely do I get it perfect, but it was. Just the right amount of everything, and my special order fries were without salt as requested. Thanks to Alana for taking the order correctly, and the unknown person who prepared it! Great experience!

Wonderful service! Quick drive thru! I literally tried four different fast food restaurants in Palatka, KFC had a 45 min wait on tenders, Popeyes was rude and didn't have shrimp, taco bell had a line out of the parking lot, finally got to burger king and finally got me some hot, fresh food.
